UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS

You will never receive an sales call from Dimension Service Corporation.  We are a service contract administrator.  We do not employ a sales staff to sell service contracts to consumers.  

Our vehicle service contracts are offered exclusively through independent third-party sellers, who share our commitment to treating consumers with dignity and respect.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent telephone solicitors have identified themselves as Dimension or have spoofed their phone numbers to appear as if they have an association with us.  If you are receiving a sales call from anyone identifying themselves as Dimension Service Corporation this call is fraudulent.  This impersonation is typically an attempt to steal money and personal and financial information. 

Tips to Avoid Being a Victim:

• When a caller claims to represent a specific company, ask for their name or employee number and call the company back using a number provided by an independent and trusted source. Do not call the number provided by the caller.
• Avoid providing personal or financial information over the phone, especially if you did not initiate the call.

How to Report Impersonators:

• Notify Dimension that it is being impersonated so it can alert others. You can email our legal team at legal@dimtpa.net.  or contact us using our Contact Us page.
• Report the call to the BBB Scam Tracker http://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/reportscam
• If you received a Robocall - Please report to the Ohio Attorney General Robocall Enforcement Unit by texting "ROBO" to 888111

Remember, these impersonators do not abide by regulations to call during restricted hours, and they are not dissuaded by the fact that a person’s number is on the “do not call” list.

We will diligently work with all authorities to identify the source of these calls.
